This Week We Have Been . . .
Celebrating, and recovering from, THE wedding of the year (sorry Peaches). Last weekend saw us descend on deepest darkest Somerset to quaff champagne, gorge on cheese, oooh and aaahh at fantastic fireworks, throw some serious shapes to Elton John and even shed a tear or three as we watched our lovely Lucinda get hitched. The happy couple are now tantalising us with some serious smoasting from their sun beds in Bali…jealous, us? Massive congratulations and thanks for the most wonderful wedding to a super cool couple… we’re looking forward to post wedding video margarita and fajita night!
Hanging out on Celebrity Juice… On Wednesday night, we spent the evening watching the notorious Keith Lemon in the audience of Celebrity Juice, in support of American Pie Reunion star Jason Biggs. Following some hilarious (and risqué) Apple Pie action, a wild game of swing ball and plenty of crude jokes we were crying with laughter. Apart from enjoying the hilarity, the DVD got a good plugging too – yay! If you’re one of the few that missed it (Jason Biggs was trending worldwide on Twitter!) we’d really recommend watching it on catch up…

Fine dining at The Ivy… It’s not every day you get to have lunch at celebrity haunts like The Ivy, but it was nice to enjoy a celebratory Award Winner’s lunch with Toshiba and the nice folks at PC Pro magazine. A summer vegetable and feta salad starter was followed by a delicious chicken and truffle main (very posh). But it turns out the Ivy isn’t all fine dining – desert was a classic choc ice!
And finally…
Having a fishy Fryday: treating ourselves to good old fashioned fish and chips from our local chippy, the top notch Mr Chips. Burger & Lobster it ain’t, but it serves up the tastiest Friday blow-out this side of Bayswater. If only they sold Panda shandies we’d be in heaven!
