  • Junior Content Producer

    What’s the opportunity?

    We are looking for a talented junior content producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, and have experience in working with video, with a good knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.

    As a member of our in-house production studio, you will work on a variety of exciting projects across a range of global brands, working closely with our studio team and wider agency to help develop creative ideas, respond to client briefs, advise on feasibility of ideas and costings and help put them into production.

    You’ll be sourcing music, creating lower thirds and graphics for edits, searching out library footage as required as well as creating case studies and pitch and award entry films.

    You’ll be creating vox pops films, either internally or with clients or talent, managing lighting set-ups and sound recording and then your film according to the brief.

    Recent client video projects include video portraits of the traders at Columbia Road Flower Market, filming in Manchester with grime artist Bugzy Malone to promote the latest season of The Walking Dead, producing social content with Julia Stiles for NOW TV, and rubbing shoulders with party goers at the latest Ultimate Ears launch party.

    For this role, we need someone with a:

    • Strong portfolio/reel
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Good knowledge of copyright and IP
    • Strong knowledge of content creation for different social platforms
    • Broad understanding of lighting & audio recording
    • Confident using a range of cameras and equipment (familiarity with the Canon system preferable)
    • Experience working with a range of formats (primarily social and digital)
    • Experience with DSLR stills photography and filming would be desirable
    • Confident in compositing and tracking
    • Creative thinker, to be an active participant in brainstorms with the ability to come up with your own ideas for content and develop others
    • Ability to adapt to different styles and briefs
    • Ability to manage multiple projects to short deadlines
    • Ability to work to budget – we are sometimes given the challenge of little or no budget so some clever and creative solutions are required!

    For this role, we need someone who is culturally plugged into the latest trends and movements in the world of entertainment and lifestyle alongside having a proven track record of securing quality coverage with a variety of outlets from national entertainment contacts through to health & wellbeing media and influencers. They’ll also be driven to get results, and will play an integral part in helping accounts to run smoothly.  In an ideal world, the candidate will have experience working with entertainment/consumer brands or campaigns at Account Executive level for up to a year or relevant work experience, with a good knowledge of media / influencers and ideally a healthy contact book.

    Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious, want to deliver award-winning work and want to have fun when you come into the office every day.

  • New Business and Marketing Coordinator

    What’s the opportunity?
    We need a coordinator / executive to join our new business and marketing function. This is a vital role as it will help the agency to be first on the pitch list and to win new clients. The candidate needs to be a real self-starter, have get up and go and will work closely alongside the agency’s senior leadership team to identify prospects, both proactive and reactive, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to support the growth of the business.


    Who are we looking for?

    Work with the Strategy and Operations senior team to ensure the smooth running of Fever’s new business function. This includes;

    • Ensure leads are manages and all inbounds are responded to in a timely manor
    • Respond to inbound enquiries (asks all the appropriate questions to qualify the lead as efficiently as possible) and identify correct person within the senior leadership team to lead the opportunity
    • Work closely with leads to ensure timely and relevant input into responses
    • Shows pro-activity around finding new leads and opportunities
    • Ensures all credentials are up to date (works closely with the account teams to ensure this process runs smoothly
    • Provide general support / research / co-ordination to pitch teams during pitch process
    • Enjoys writing and can quickly turn around RFI questions
    • Has experience of pulling together documents
    • Ensures wash ups take place and learnings shared with Board and teams
    • Actively supports on preparing PP templates / decks
